In a 13"x18" glass baking dish combine:
Cover the bottom of the dish generously with Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 1/2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast cut into 2" cubes
1 Large Zucchini ~ cut into round slices halved
14.5oz Can Diced Potatoes

3 Cloves Garlic Minced
STIR until all ingredients are coated with the olive oil

Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste

2 Cups Three-Cheese Shredded Cheese
BAKE at 350ºF for 45 Minutes
