How To Cook Pumpkin Seeds
We carved our Halloween pumpkins tonight!
I always have the duty of sorting thru the pumpkin guts for the seeds.
Then I rinse them in a colander.
Each pumpkin will fill about 1 cookie sheet.
Summer was VERY interested in this part of the process LOL!!!

Melt a 1/2 cup butter and pour over the seeds (per cookie sheet).
Stir the pumpkin seeds & butter with a spoon on the sheet
until coated nicely and spread evenly.

Salt to taste.
Bake at 300 degrees F 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring them every 15 minutes.
Baking time will depend on how brown you want them and how many are on your sheet.
VOILA!!! ENJOY!!! ~ Pam
